Which data we collect, process or use

We do not collect any personal data in our apps themselves. Data that is collected in connection with the download or purchase of the apps, in particular data on electronic payment transactions, is only collected by the relevant App Store. Please note the data protection declarations of the respective App Stores. If you wish to delete data from the App Store, please contact the App Store you purchased or downloaded the App from directly. /span>

 

Customer Service

You can send us information about any errors, criticisms or questions about our apps by e-mail. Any personal information you provide, such as name, address, etc., will be provided by you unsolicited. If you would like us to reply to you, we need your e-mail address. All other personal data is not required to process your request.

We only need the information you provide in the e-mail for the purpose of troubleshooting or improving the apps.

In order to be able to answer your inquiry, we save your inquiry. The purpose is to inform you of updates or troubleshooting in a targeted manner.

The legal basis for this type of processing results from our obligation to fulfil the app user contract.

All inquiries by e-mail are stored on a third party system (United Domains). Please also note their privacy policy (https://www.united-domains.de/unternehmen/datenschutz/).

If you would like to have your data deleted, please send us a short message by e-mail.

 

Using the app offline

Our apps can be played offline without any user identification. Results and settings are stored locally on your device.

 

App permissions

In order to process a possible in-app purchase and to be able to check the version of the app (Free, Pro), our apps need the following permissions.

·         TCP/IP network connection to the Internet (INTERNET)

·         Check whether a network connection is possible (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE)

You can revoke opt-in authorizations at any time in the system settings of your device. .

 

Your rights

You can request information from us about the personal data we have stored about you. You have the right to correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to appeal to the responsible supervisory authority.
